I don’t know why this is such a big problem. Gabon is a small, developing country that most people probably couldn’t even point out on a map. Meanwhile, China (one of the most powerful countries on Earth with a population of over a billion people) has censored the internet use of its own people for years. Also, I wonder if there is a black market for internet hot-spots.
